Hardcoded text replacement tool

Hello experts!

Is there a tool available to replace the hardcoded texts in the program? Basically we need to replace all the hardcoded text in the programs with text symbols.

Let me know if any tool is already available to carry out this task.

I am not sure if such a tool exists but there is another tool with name 'Coding Scan' and it can find all the hard coded strings in a system based on Domains.
