What do you mean to change the language? You can translate it via SE63.

goto SE63 , in menu Translation>R3 enterprise>short text--> choose data element , then u can change

hey it is not data element it standard text which is in german i have convert it into english

I executed RSTXTRAN this program and given the inputs as below

name of the correction= request number

text key- object = text

text key - name = standard text name

text key - id = st

text key language = en

after that i executed and preseed enter.

goto SE63->menu

TRANSLATIONS->R/3 enterprise->LONG TEXTS(DOCUMENTATION).

click it.

select L5-F1 HELP (Open the tree for this)

choose RE Reports, Function Groups, Logical Databases

on the transalation give

Source language - EN ( seems like not editable, but value can entered from the f4 help)

Target language - IT (sample italian)

give ur object name also.
