GUI_UPLOAD function module

Hi Expert,

Im using function module 'GUI_Upload' with 'filetype' parameter as 'ASC'.

Im uploading a TAB delimited .txt file with three columns.

The problem is that all the values of three columns of .txt file are getting uploaded to the first field of internal table with # between them like 'cs500a#400010#43567'.

Please suggest how the upload should happen.

use space as field seperator. what value u have used for field seperator??

You can use CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES=>HORIZONTAL_TAB to split at the tab.
