Getting an error 'Usage load error’

Hi All,

While trying to upload a file from presentation server in our system through a custom program, we are getting an error  'Usage load error’. Since the error is happening in our production system, I am not able to debug and check. I guess it is a standard error , but would like to know if anybody has any idea why or when this kind of an error message comes...

try uploading the same file in quality system, debug and check..Make sure the file is closed before uploading.

We do not have the exact file as of now.. But i checked with other files open in quality... Usage Load error does not come.
