Get data from domain value

How can i do the conversion of the date format for example,

if i get in BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL in the defultes tables in DATFM = 1

How i get the value of the domain (in code) ? DD.MM.YYYY

Use the FM GET_DOMAIN_VALUES, and pass the domain name XUDATFM
