generating a report

hi friends,

can we generate the report for the following case :

scenario : i have one company code , two plants, under each plant i have three storage location.

few materials got transferred from one storage location to other.(say from roh to semi finished goods).

ex: roh = 40.

semifinshed goods = 50

tranfered 10 from roh to semifinished goods.

i have to generate a report to display the output. (i:e now roh = 30.

semifinished goods = 60.)

is it possible can anyone suggest ?

i couldn't make it clear , i need to generate the report which should clearly show them yes material has been

transferred from roh to semi finished good or finished good.

Are you trying to find out the sequence of actions happend on this?

Also, please let me know...what would be the selection screen criteria that you have.

If it is to report the final values, then you can directly fetch them out from the tables right?

Hi Deepika,

I don't think you have to develope a report for this requirement.I am sure you will get astd report from SAP giving the stock overview. If you have a functional person with you he will be able to help you out.

Hello Deepika,

Whenever there is any change in the stock for a Material the changes are logged in the table MARD (this is for the Storage Location Data for Material).

You can use this table & validate against the trxn. MB52
