GBTC2FIO - program issue( msg- prog does not exists)

hi ,

we are facing issue with the standard program : GBTC2FIO when process a report , when we tried to view the GBTC2FIO program in SE38 , we are getting a message prog does not exists, the prog is initialy activated through the standard prog : RGGBROOO , we had performed the activation process / configaration  but still issue continues.

please provide the solution with steps or if any other notes or issues to be checked please provide the details ......
