CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>FILE_SAVE_DIALOG.

1) CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>FILE_OPEN_DIALOG if the mode is open mode .

2) CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>FILE_SAVE_DIALOG if the mode is save mode.
