Freight rate scale tables

In what table(s) are the scales stored for freight rates? Transaction TK12/13 and scales. The technical informations shows CAWN, but it appears a very generic table. How do I get the values that are stored on the condition scales?

Pick kwert from konv (Conditions (Transaction Data) table ) for the corresponding frieght condition sales (kschl).

KONV is transaction data. I am looking for master data so if a condition has 20 rows of scale data, I want to see all 20 rows. Where are the 20 rows in the scale stored?
