Format Error in Samrtform?

Hai Experts ,

iam calling form(PO) Smart form From ME23N some PO its working fine But some newly createed PO

its giving ERROR 'Farmat Error '

give some help regarding this.

There are several possibilities about formatting in smartform,

- Maybe a size problem of window / template / table etc in somewhere in your smartforms,

For example you created a template in a window

but length of template is bigger than windows or something like this.

- Maybe you have a logo but picture can not fit into graphic component etc.

How can you find :

Every component in a smartforms has "Conditions" tab

this component won't be drawn without the conditions supplied.

Just write 1=2 on this place for most possible components than try smartforms again and again

until you won't get the "format error".

Last component has a format mistake, find and fix it.

Check the Window sizes. It shouldn't exceed the page size. Check the table size in a window. That should exceed the window size and many more.

Go to tcode SFTRACE, then switch on trace to find out your issue.

my issue is solved,

that is not problem with windows & table .

problem with long text 's in Iclude texts there is no text . check the check box.
