form interface import parameter with obligatory

in smartforms  import parameter , i want to create parameter is obligatory.

is this possible?

when user input his value in  parameter (import-parameters -- form interface),

i want to check the value is avlbl in ddic table or not.

if not , thn screen not move to next screen.
