Filter group not working

My requirement is to check the condition given in Filter group of Distribution model for MATMAS05, say if the sales organization is 1111 then only my IDOC should reach the XI System.

But the IDOC is posted to XI and the sales organization's segment is suppressed in XI.

I have created filter group under a distribution model with

Sales Organization feild VKORG = 1111

saved the distribution model.

Distributed the model edit ---> Model View ---> Distribute

Am i doing correct way of data filtering for material master data....

Can u suggest how to acheive the requirement, stopping the IDOC transformation to XI if the filter condition is not satisfied...

Hi,

Check whether you have defined segment filtering (transaction BD56) for the segment containing the sales organization. If that is the case you need to remove. Then the IDoc filter defined at distribution model level will work.
