Field Exits

Hello,

I have this tutorial on 'Creating Field Exits' and i dont know for which SAP R/3 version it is for. But it says,

Go to CMOD

Choose Text Enhancements-> Field Exits

Now i cant find Field Exits in Text Enhancements..

Can someone help ?

Hi,

All those tutorials will be for old versions.

You Cant follow that.

Use program RSMODPRF for field exit.

try to run the prog

RSMODPRF.

in selection screen of that give the name of your data element

if that is present it will show other wise it will create a new fn module for that data element

After calling CMOD, try call transaction PRFB directly, without /n or others.

It will call the field-exit editor.

Please, remember that the activaction of the field-exits functionality must be done in Instance Parameters!
