how i can fax layout????

Hi lil,

Please use Transaction NACE--> Select the application |(EE: for purchase Orders) --> select Output types > Select your out put (ex: ZNEU)> Processing routines--> For Fax (Medium2) add your SAPScript/Driver program or Smartform/Driver program.

Please note that if you have maintained custom print procedure then you have to add you O/P to your procedure.

We use an external fax software solution. Its called RightFax. In SAP you setup a printer device, then when printing the sapscript, you put some "stuff" on the first page that the fax software recognizes, the software will strip off the first page and just fax the pages after that.

Hi liat,

you need to create the output type using NACE transaction. and there you can configure output device

as fax.
