F4 Help field not working

Hi,

I am facing problem in getting a simple field[DATE] when viewing this application at portals.

I have program with screen and one field referring date.Here I am using F4 help for this field and it works perfect in R3 by showing calendar on this field when we click.

Now the same program from portals doesnt show me the calendar it just accept the current date.But I would like to see the calendar and allow user to select the date as its doing at R3 side.

Please could anybody let me know the solution for my silly problem.Or direct me to correct forum to post this question.

Please check the codes written in the portal side to accept the calendar also...
