External object manual transportation

I need to transport an external object(it is in .txt file) consists of user group and abap querry ..

can anyone suggest me how to transport it manually from development to testing server..

You can do that from SQ02.

From SQ02 -> From Enivronment select Query Areas

-> Select Standard Areas

-> Click on Transport ICON or CTRL+F3

-> Here you can use Upload option to upload User Groups and Queries

It is accessible from SQ02 under Environment -> transports

you can do a import and export, no need of transports
