I have a Z report which is Aged Debtor's report which has different columns. There is a totals columns whose value comes up by adding up few previous columns.The values were all correct untill Upgrade.
I am getting a strange problem here wherin while I download data from a Z report to excel some of the didgits in Totals colmn gets trimmed off.
Has anybody encountered this issue before? If yes please provide me any solutions
I am not sure if I can post an example here on this site but I will try to explain a bit.
Say I have 4 columns A B C and D and the fifth column say E is the sum of the previous columns say BCD.
So in case I have a 5 digit number in say coulmn B and 0 values in column C and D then my total column shuld contain that 5 digit number only.But it has 4 digits and the first digit doesnt come in the totals column of the excel download.Also please note that the total comes accurate in case of SAP report o/p. It only gives error in the excel file download.
Likewise if I have say 100 records in the excel then it comes only for few records .
I am not sure as to why it comes only in some records.
Please let me know if things are unclear .
