error while testing the BAPI

Hey all,

when am testing the bapi BAPI_LOAN_CONTRACT_CREATE (standard BAPI FOR LOAN CREATION) for creation of loan i am facing with an error saying TR0100 : ROLE TYPE DOES NOT EXIST.

Role Type is an entry for which the master data is TR0100and is in the table TB003

i have checked the master data for it but everything is fine i have maintainedd all the requisite fields in it .

Can anyone please advice me as to how do i check further and recify the same and successfully create the loan through this BAPI.

Any help in this regards is highly appreciated.

Hi Vinila,

Please check with Basis or use a Functional guy user id to excute this, may be you dont have authorisation for LOAN contract....

Hi Vinila,

Try like this.

1.With your data try to crate loan trough Transaction

or

2 .get the message number and message id from the bapi message goto the bapi findout statement where exactly it is failing .

Try like this

1 with your data create a loan through transaction ,with this if any dicrepancy is there u can fix it.

2. get the messgae id and message number from the bapi return message and look at which statement exctly it is faling .

After testing in se37 i got yhe following error message in bapireturn. Tell me how to solve as soon as possible.
