Error while parking the document using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

Hi,

     I'm getting the  eturn message Inconsistent FI/CO document header data for updating from the bapi_acc_document_document. What could be the reason?? I have populated all mandatory fields. If the amount is zero, then I'm getting the above error, else it is working fine.
