Error Message for return items

Hi All,

When a return order is created for an item for more quantity than that ordered, the system should give an error message and the return order should not be processed. SAP just gives a warning. Please suggest the changes that needs to be done for getting this error.

Hi,

I guess there must be some settings which determine whether error message should be shown or warning. Try asking you functional person about it. I am not sure but it is worth a try.

This is functional people will do this. and there is a sttings in SPRO.

So please ask your functional people.

Hi ,

The Configuration setting for the Return item in SPRO has been set like that by ur Fun Consultant , So check with Fun consultant and chnage.

Thank you all for your suggestions, i will check with my functional person. he asked me to change it to an error message, and i was searching for enhancements that would trigger the error.
