Error in Spool - Temse checking SP12

Hi,

I am receiving an error in spool after I test print a smartform for barcodes. I am using a SATO printer device driver and device type. It is all setup in PRD system. It is working in QAS but in PRD it is having an error. I have attached a screenshot of SP12that contains object contents of the spool request. I also checked the system level of DEV, QAS, and PRD, they are all in the same level of support packages and Kernel.

Hi AJ,

Please match SPAD configurstion of both QUA and PRD system.

Hello Almira,

Check the device confg in spad in qa and prd,try to use the same as qa with the help of basis team.

Already checked the system for dev, qas, prd and it is the same configuration.

Can you help us out how to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Seems the problem is completely from the SPOOL0000009837.

Please check that the time of creation of the spool request 9837 and see if there have any errors in the syslog, and the operating system Log. If so, what are these?
