Error in pre-export methods for request

Hi Experts

While releasing the TR we are facing  this error  msg..." Error in pre-export methods for request" it is showing lock in front of the TR.

The base TR involves multiple tasks with different users ids, Since I am releasing the request, I have changed base TR number owner id to my User id . But I have not changed sub  task user id s to my user id . Is this the root cause to this error? or anything else. if this is the reason, how to change the sub task owner id to my user id? I tried to change sub task owner id to my id.. It shows error as ' Task is already released (not modifiable) '.

I have gone through several scn forum links, but there is no exact issue is addressed.

Please help to get rid of this.

Could well be a "basis" problem with the system landscape or transport routes, the user IDs might not matter.

What is the message class and ID of the error message? Is there already a transport log written that you can investigate? What errors are listed there?

it got resolved by fixing one of the task development from in active to active. And unlocked the the TR using SE03.
