Error in performing risk analysis on CUP

Dear All,

I am using GRC AC 5.3 and when I try to execute a risk analysis on CUP I receive the following message:

Risk analysis failed: Exception in getting the results from the web service : E41F1363E5E80062000064A60000137000049037CA8A0BFE : Found 0 operation definitions using keys: Key name:'first-body-element-ns' key value:'urn:SAPGRC_CCRiskAnalysis_V01Vi'; Key name:'SoapRequestWrapper' key value:'execRiskAnalysis';

Could you help me with this error?

Which SP version are you using for GRC? SP13?

You may be using wrong URL for 5.3 web service - version 1.

No, I checked all the notes and everything is configured accordingly.

Any other idea?

I had an SAP message in on this. This was their response.

Please refer to the sap note#

1508611 for a work around to this issue. We are planning

to release a hot fix very soon. Please use this work around until we

resolve this issue.

Hi Rodrigo,

13.1 was issued last Friday. Becauese this error belongs to the RAR component, you have to download the SP for RAR.

However, there is no documentation on what it fixes.
