Error Code SAP_IPA_28014 & SAP_IPA_28017

Hello everyone

During the tutorial "Create an Automation to Extract Invoice Details", in step 4,

I get the error message SAP_IPA_28017 (Error while creating template "ABACZHATemplate").

An error occurred with the Document Extraction Service.
Call to Document Information Extraction failed with status 400 BAD_REQUEST.

I'm using the Agent Version (Product Version 3.32.58 (x64))
I can't go any further because I'm a beginner and finding it difficult to locate the error.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hi,

is the issue fixed now? you can try recreate the SBPA subscription, it should solve the issue.

recreate the SBPA subscription :

In this case i must only delete the old  subscription of SAP BUILD PROCESS AUTOMATION and recreate a new one ?

recreation should be a workaround, I used to have the same issue, and recreating the SBPA subscription works.
