Purchasing document not yet released

Hi,

I created a purchase order and when i am doing goods receipt , I am getting an error saying :

"purchasing document not yet released"

Use the transaction ME28 to release the purchase orders..

Hi Vamsee,

Goto Me23N and from the Header Section select RELEASE STRATEGY tab.

In that tab you will find the Release matrix( Release Code).

Goto ME28 and Put in the release code( release matrix ) and Select the button Release.
