Hello All
I have a requirement that
to send an RFQ document with the SAP Standard functionality via Fax medium (Output type ZDE3).
The responsible purchaser should get a mail in the SAP Office with the Document no. as reference.
For a particular RFQ, I have been getting green light on message type ZDE3. However, I am not getting any mail in SAP Office.
Can anybody help me how to get this done . I have noticed a field PRIFB (Settings for which status are reported by mail ) but I am not sure about it , to whom the email will be sent and where to main mail address if needed.

Check if the setting have been maintained in NACE.
Select EA and check Output types.

Thanks for your response Shambhu, I can see we can that mail title and text could be maintained here but I can't find where exactly to maintain the flag for email triggering and the email address of the reciever. Can you please explain

I think we need to maintain the email address of the purchaser in the T024 table for the corresponding purchasing group here . If anybody has any pointers on it , kindly share .
