can anyone tell me the difference between whsord and shpord message types...with delvry03 ?

SHPORD: Delivery: Dispatch order

Use the foll. msg types if it is

Delivery: Dispatch order -- SHPORD

Delivery: Stock order -- WHSORD

in this case idoc type is same for both i.e DELVRY03
