" Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "CL_GUI_XML_EDITOR=============CP" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed."

I'm getting the above error message when I try to drill down in eCatt the Dynpro menu to change my input to parameter. This use to work prior to our systme upgrade. I try to search but can't find any snotes that relate to such problem. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
