Here solution,
open content of Eclipse,
open eclipse.ini file under MacOS Folder
ther is path to org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.....jar
probably path is written like MacOS/plagins.... change it to plagins, ( also check if that jar file is there or not )
in my case jar file was in plagins.
