dumped error

hi all,

i got a dumped error .the description of error as follows :

1. The description of the current problem (short dump)

To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

2. Corresponding system log

Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.

Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP

program: The source code of the program

In the editor, choose "Utilities->More

Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".

4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which

actions and input led to the error.

Hi,

Use transation code ST22 to check the dump error for the program. It will give you the step by step informations on what happened and how to resolve this issue.

this is not the actual dump which u have pasted here.Please paste the upper part of the dump in which descriptionof error is given.

Hi Sarang,

This might be due to wrong value in function module.To understand more abt ur errors kindly paste atleas first 15-20 lines of dump and also paste the code .

Hi,

SAP generates DUMP in such a way that the user almost understands the problem by completly studying the DUMP as it also points where the error and which line it has occurred.

Read the DUMP completely.
