Dump while saving the project

Hi,

Whenever I am trying to save project with network and internal activities it shows a short dump as follows:

Short text
    Syntax error in program "CL_FM_EF_FACTORY==============CP ".

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPLFMRM" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

The following syntax error occurred in program
  "CL_FM_EF_FACTORY==============CP " in include
  "CL_FM_EF_FACTORY==============CM009 " in
line 4:
"You cannot use duplicate key specifiations. "FLG_INSERT" and "EF_GROUP"
"_NUMBER" are key specifications of "FMEF_KBLP_UPD". "FLG_INSERT" is id"
"entical to "EF_GROUP_NUMBER" or part of "EF_GROUP_NUMBER"."

What may be the problem? Have you faced this before?

if you are getting dump in  standard transaction, then u can always raise Customer message  in service.sap.com

looks like this config. issue due to which tcode giving dump. Hope you did not have custom enhancements active.

I am getting similar issues. And is coming from standard transaction CJ20N while trying to save project with Network header and activities. So in the first instance I thought some configuration missing for Number ranges for networks. But could not find anything similar.

Should I raise to OSS. Anybody else with similar issues?

yes, you should raise oss message. but please ensure that no custom enhancement should be active.

even check available OSS notes too. may be SAP has already released Note for this issue.

What you can do

Please eliminate the error by performing a syntax check
(or an extended program check) on the program "CL_FM_EF_FACTORY==============CP
  ".
You can also perform the syntax check from the ABAP Editor.

If the problem persists, proceed as follows:
Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
administrator.

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.

Has anybody soled the issue? I could not get a similar SAP Note and neither ABAP er could crack this in the meantime.

Has anyone been able to solve the problem?? please help!
