Is there a tool to create documentation for ABAP Objects, like in Java?

You can maintain the document for GLOBAL Objects in SE24 itself.

GOTO-> DOCUMENTATION.

Thank you for yourf fast answer.

It is not the same. In Java I can insert documentation into comments and after prozessing the javadoc tool I will get a clear and structured documentation in html. You cann see it here [JAVA API|http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/] for example.

If there is any one similar to that JAVA one, then I am not aware of any.
