Please, anybody guide me for send costing document CO using CODCMT Message type (IDOC). It isn't create.

Did you activate the costing-based CO-PA-ALE distribution Customizing, not an actual Abap question...

Controlling -> Profitability Analysis -> Tools -> Data Transfers Between CO-PA and Other Systems -> Distributed Profitability Analysis -> Activate Distributed Profitability Analysis

or similar path.
