HELLO EXPERTS,
I need to display my selection-screen at the right-most side of the output screen in one program and at the middle of the screen in another program.
Please suggest me some code-lines for that.

hello,
define two different screens. But if your requirement was just to change screens elements state - active/inactive (but in this situation it is not) then use SHD0 tcode to create screen variants.

Dear expert,
My requirement is to display the selection-screen at the rightmost position instead of its default position in one program. The same thing I need to do for another program but there I need to print it in the middle of the main screen.
Would u please elaborate it again ?

CALL SELECTION-SCREEN dynnr
[STARTING AT col1 lin1
[ENDING AT col2 lin2]]
[USING SELECTION-SET variant].
something like that:
CALL SELECTION-SCREEN 123 STARTING AT 20 5.
this option will solve your problem.

Select options will create screen 1000 by default.
Go to screen painter se51 and mention your program name and screen number 1000 and adjust it by dragging to the right most position.

Hello,
I have tried to follow your method, but I got an warning like : 'SELECTION-SCREEN : GENERATION OF REPORT MAKES CHANGES INEFFECTIVE '- after giving my prog. name and screen no. in SE51. I don't know what does it mean. Also nothing I could do in the layout screen.
My program is a simple classical report. While choosing screen-1000 I got an error that ' screen 1000 is reserved for the standard screen'.
Please tell me what to do.

write your select-options in a selection-screen i.e
selection-screen: begin of screen 100 .
your
select-options:
selection-screen: end of screen 100.
next call your selection screen i.e
CALL SELECTION-SCREEN 100 STARTING AT 10 10 ending at 100 10 .
in the call selection-screen just adjust the numbers (10 10 ,,,,,100 10)and adjust your selection screen by changing the numbers
as per your requirement .
hope this is helpful.

Hello,
I have done just what you have said. The problem is solved. Thank you very much.
But one more question. After performing the desired operation why the selection-screen becomes movable, why is it not fixed in that particular position - Would you please tell me ?
