In the Production use WE20 then select the logical system for your Qualty system, and the IDoc message type, and change the 'Output Mode' to 'Collect IDocs'.
If you want send these IDocs later on

Thanks ARS.
This help
But i guess we also need to run the program BD10 to transfer materials and BD14 for vendors. Should we stop that as well. would that be running in the back ground.
Let me know for any documentation.

Usually while running BD10 & BD14 have select options as target system in these transactions, so remove the quality system logical system from variant of these transactions

2 way you can do this.
1. Check in your BD10 & BD14 program variant that currently running in Production, Whether it has been mentioned the quality logical system then remove it.
or
2. Simply go to We20 and change "Transfer IDoc Immed." to "Collect IDoc"
Do any one of this.
Hope you are clear.

Hi
Don't play with the config, doing it will create idocs but they will be in error. its better to stop executing BD10.
Also if you want to have the idocs later, then kindly open the partner profile of the receiver system using t-code we20
and in o/b message type, just change the config to 'collect idocs' rather than post immediately.
then later you may schedule program RBDAPP01 to post idocs.
please let me know if you have any doubt.
Thanks
