Hi all,

I installed Eclipse Juno 4.2, and then installed ABAP in Eclipse for NetWeaver 2.0 (SAPBASISAIE00_6-10011741), and then installed SAPUI5 tools (UI5TOOL05P_3-10011992). But my issue is, I cannot install the team ide tool (UI5TEAM05P_3-10011991). I keep getting the error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software being installed: SAPUI5 ABAP Repository Team Provider 1.14.4 (com.sap.ide.ui5.team.feature.external.feature.group 1.14.4)

Missing requirement: SAPUI5 Repository Team Provider UI Plug-In 1.14.4 (com.sap.ide.ui5.team.ui 1.14.4) requires 'bundle com.sap.adt.communication [2.12.0,2.17.0)' but it could not be found

  Cannot satisfy dependency:

    From: SAPUI5 ABAP Repository Team Provider 1.14.4 (com.sap.ide.ui5.team.feature.external.feature.group 1.14.4)

    To: com.sap.ide.ui5.team.ui [1.14.4]

When I look in my installed components  (Help->About Eclipse->Installation Details) in eclipse, its there:

and in my .eclipse folder:

Can someone please help?

Am I missing something?

Regards,

PS.

Hello Paskal,

I think the problem is with rather old version of ABAP in Eclipse 2.0 you have installed. This results in Connectivity Tools 2.0.2 but required is 2.12.0 or 2.17.0.

Install newer Version of ABAP in Eclipse (2.13, or 2.16) and it should work.

Have a nice day!

O.

Installed 2.13 didn't work, then installed 2.7, also didn't work. Then uninstalled everything and installed 2.16, worked!
