Hi all,
Anyone knows how to delete data belongs to a specific company code?
Any transaction or any tool available out there to do so?
Appreciate your precious opinions

Hi there,
Thanks for this suggestion.
We knew about this solution and we are actually thinking if there's any alternative way available out there.
Anybody knows?

Have you had a look a program SAPF020 (& SAPF019 for master data)? I'd suggest you read the documentation attached to that (carefully!) to see if it suits your requirements.

Wow that's really helpful!! Thanks man.. I'll read it real carefully and see if it suits us. Thanks!
Any other suggestion?

No trubs. That's the best that springs to mind... I have known of sites that have selectively purged the database tables themselves bu there is a major risk that your system will no longer be supported by SAP if you do that so please do not go there! - plus there are dozens of places you have to search for embedded data values (that is why people use SAP's SLO tools as they have been developed over several years to cope with these nuances).

ic... really thanks for the advice Jonathan! Appreciate it alot 😃
Btw, I think the programs that you suggested just now will only delete the FI data right? Now I'm thinking about what we're gonna do to delete those data of SD, MM, and PM. Do you have any idea man?

Sorry, I've never needed to do this other than for FI/CO in a development system - your functional team should know if there is an equivalent for the other module, and try checking in OSS too.
