Default User Parameter not working on Search-Help Fields

Hi Experts,

I have an issue regarding the defalt parameter VKO (Sales Organization) in Search-Help Material by Description (Standard Search-Help). Earlier, the VKO Parameter was working when user goes to MM03 (Material View) however, it's not working right now.

I have done a lot, refreshing the specific user buffer by tcode SU56 then relogin. But still the value is not defaulting.

I have tried on other accounts (user), their default value is appearing. How can I solve this problem?

This is no security issue, but an application issue.....
