database table log

hi all

i need to find logs for a few database table . can anyone please let me know what is the use of reports

1)RSVTPROT for PD audits

2)RPUAUD00 for PA audit log

i am able to get logs for infotypes using the second report but i ma unable to how the first one is to be used and what is its use.
