Hi,

My requirement is :

company requires data to be extracted from diff source systems to 'ONE SOURCE'.One source is used for decision making for enabling best business practices in strategic sourcing, by providing supply chain visibility into (a) Supplier performance (B) Spend leverage and (c) total company demand (forecast ). Data extraction process will be run on the 1st working day of each month through a scheduled job and produce output files for Vendor master records.This outbound only interface will provide a monthly feed of Vendor profile information from R/3 to OneSource and will be used by OneSource Reusable function module which will retrieve values for a given variable.

can anyone pls explain me whthr i should use BW concept/any other for data extraction and which tables,more exactly fileds r involved for this global spend analysis.

I would suggest you to go for BI in this case as it has powerful extraction and reporting capabilites.
