HI Guys,

This is the bit challenging question; I have PRODH3 and PRODH4 data elements. I want to collect all the tables, structures, views, search helps and programs which uses above data elements.

We cannot find out programs from where-used list for these data elements as it is giving short dump.

Is any function module there?, To find the above thing.

Please suggest me.

Hi,

AS per ur requirement, i chceked for the data element in Se11 nad used the where used clause.

This gives all the profgrams, structures etc name where the data element has been used.

The other option is to try it in TXN se15.

Goto ABAP Dictionary-----> Data elements. Enter the data element n execute.

U will get the result this way too.

It will list all the programs, which are using that dataelements....

And for tables, views, structures you can simply use "Where-used" list directly...

And could you please brief , what are the other details you want on about dataelement?

go to se11.

give datatype as dataelement PRODH3.

After clicking the where-used button ...YOU WILL GET ONE POPUP.

In the popup you will have one button called "Indirect Application".

Click that button...

it will give you one more popup...where you can select "Programs"....

Hi Gourisankar ,

There is no function module required for that.

Do the following steps :

Step 1: Go to SE11. Give table name TADIR .

Step 2: In OBJECT field : Give DTEL

In OBJ_NAME field : Give PRODH3

Step 3: Execute the table

Then u wil get details of that object.

Similarily , do for PRODH4 .

Hi,

Friend i cann't recommend you in your system becs you where saying it was giving Dump ... but from my 4.6C Sytems i was able to see from the where user list and also from the Background scheduling also ...

this are the Tables & structure using ...

if you ask about function Module, Program again i would say the both Fm & pgm uses the Data element interms of Field which is there in the Table /Structure ....
