'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB'- Select-options maximum value

Hi,

On running a Program, i am getting a 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB' dump.On analyzing the dump i found that the dump is coming due to more values passed in the select-options on the selection screen at the time of executing the program.

I was passing 5223 enteries in the select-options at the time of running the program.

Can anybody tell me what is the maximum value that needs to be passed to the select-options and whether this can be changed by changing some system parameter.

Thanks for your suggession, but i'm not writing any program.

I'm executing SAP Query , i can't make changes in code.

I want to know what is the maximum limt of single values in select-options ?

We are working with 4.7 version.

Hi,

Split the 5XXX records entries into 1000 and use appending fields of table in the select statement. And write this code in the do and endo.
