Customer Master Idoc Error

Hi Experts,

I have an error "Mandatory segment E1KNA1M in message type DEBMAS04 cannot be filtered" when trying to send IDOC from sap v4.6 to v4.0.

I realise that sap v4.0 does not have type DEBMAS04. When defining outbound parameters in the partner profile (WE20), I have selected message type DEBMAS and idoc type DEBMAS03.

However, the idoc still triggers DEBMAS04.

Anybody knows how to solve this?

Thanks in advance for help.

Hi,

By any chance its filtering segment E1KNA1M. Please check in BD56.

Also check that DBMAS03 have this segment.

Did you generate the partner profiles after you made the change from WE20.

Hi Eswar,

wow thanks... i removed the filter for segment segment E1KNA1M and the idoc went through.

anyway, just wondering if you know how i can default the values for this customer master so that in the target client, it will remain constant. For example, company code, sales org, dist channel, division and account group.

thanks again.
