Custom table error

Hi,

I have a custom table and it was working properly, now I added few more fields to it and activated it from SE11. When I go to SE16 to check the data, it is giving me warning saying thatb 'a maintanance view exists'. I went to SM30 to add more data and I do not see the newly added fields here.

Please help me to figure out the problem.

Thanks,

Neelu.

You need to regenerate the table maintenance view, using the table maintenance generator in SE11.

Go to SE11, enter table name, click change. From the menu choose Utitlites, Table Maintenance Generator. Click change icon, select checkbox for "new field". click green check. Continue the dialog and the view will be regenerated.

Hi,

You probably have to re-create the maintenance view in order to see the new fields. The data has to be re-generated using the utilities as well.

Hope this helpd (please reward me if it does),

Joerg
