Is it possible to display an R3 transaction like ME51N within a custom

control on the screen painter? If so, how?

I think we can do it using a custom control

see the Main program SAPLMEGUI and screens of ME21N/ME22N PO transaction.

That is absolutly NOT possible. Transactions like ME21N are simply regular dynpros with docking containers hanging on the side. The transaction is NOT embeded into any container.
