CUP: SNC Issue

Hi,

We have an issue wherein the SNC Name field automatically gets populated with the value: SNCName for all CUP requests.

As a result; after every change in a user's account, the SNC tab gets overwritten with SNCName & has to be manually corrected in SU01.

We have'nt made any config changes...this started happening all of a sudden.

We're on GRC 5.3 SP 18.

Please advise.

Hi Saba,

Please confirm the default value for SNC information in CUP > Configuration > End

User Personalization.

Kindly check that the SNC is configured as per the sap note-1177556.

Under Configuration-->Request Form Customization, we had an incorrectly maintained Default value for SNC.
