Hi,

Is it possible to create roles in CUA central system>?According to my understanding CUA is used for exchange of user master data from central to child system.so u use scug to import all user master from child to central then from central u can distibute the data.but if u want to create new user n new role how u ll assign?u use pfcg in central system n assign to user n then distribute??

create your single roles in the child systems and perform a text comparison in the CUA Master to read in the role texts via transaction SU01.

This link tells you how to do it & how to schedule a job to read in the texts periodically

Once you have done the text compare, then you will be able to assign the role for the child system to the user in the CUA master.
