Creating a Function Group

Hi all,

I tried reating a new Function group from SE38 by selecting the type as Function group. But I get the message as "Unable to change program from or to type F".

Can we not create a function group from SE38. Then to create one ?

Go to Se80 and Select the function group and create a new one.

or u can use se80

Hi,

1.Goto to transaction se37.

2. On the menubar goto->Function groups->create Function group.

3. give function group name and short text.

4.Save it and assign package code to it

Now ur function group is created.

Goto SE80,

select function group in object navigator and create ur own Fn group.

click goto and then function group.

To create a function group , goto SE80, then right click , you will get an option for create function group. thats it ... give the name of the function group .

Hi,

Go to SE80. Select FUNCTION GROUP.

Create new one.

Save it under Local object else under a Package if u want to transport it.Create ur own tranport req n save it under it.

Now create FM below it.
