Create attachment in MIR4

Hi,

I am not able to create attachment in MIR4 (In other transactions also). Though services for object button is there in MIR4 but when I click on it, nothing happens.

I get below pop up

Can anyone help me on this?

Beside notes, there is a KBA too:  1953437 - MIRO/MIR7: Enjoy transaction does not contain a "Services for Object" tab

have you got Generic Object Services GOS active?

check this OSS Note:

if you already have it, maybe it's due to a missing authorization.

Do you get something in SU53?

Services for object button is there but create attachment pop up is not coming. There is no authorization issue, I check SU53

There are lots of SAP notes for "gos service". You'll see for instance that there's the report RSGOSCHECK to control coherence of GOS tables (for instance, possible bugs delivered by SAP).
