If you are viewing the data in SE16 list display, you can use CTRLY, then highlight the customer number and CTRLC to copy and CTRL+V to paste.

Hi Megan,

Try positioning in the cell, after that type:

To copy:

Ctrl-Y then Ctrl-C.

Then to paste:

Ctrl-V.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

You can use SE16N to display data from table and use CTRLY to select the customer(s) then CTRLC to copy and CTRL+V to paste to the area you wish.

You can also download data and savw to file as well.

If you entering the same value all the time then check for your input history is on.

If you input history is on then place cursor in the field and press spacebar, your previous entered values will displed in the dropdown.

For making history on

1->logon to SAP

2->in the initial screen, Click on the rightmost button

on the application toolbar Cutomizing of local layout (ALT+ F12)

3->Choose Options

4->Goto the Localdata tab, select the radio button History ON
